How pickup works
When it comes to picking up your donated ATV, UTV, or side-by-side, we work efficiently to ensure a smooth process. Typically, we utilize a small flatbed truck or trailer for transportation, ensuring your vehicle is handled with care. For off-road-only vehicles without a title, we'll guide you through the necessary paperwork, including a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) and a bill of sale. If you’re located on one of the islands, our team will coordinate with you directly to schedule a pickup at a time that suits you best. Additionally, if you have a utility trailer you'd like to donate, we can accept that as well!
What drives donation value
The donation value of your ATV or UTV can be influenced by several key factors. Generally, the hours of operation matter more than mileage on four-stroke ATVs, so a well-maintained vehicle with documented service records will yield a higher value. Models like the Polaris RZR and Can-Am UTVs tend to hold their value strongly in the used market. However, expect some depreciation for cosmetic issues like dents or faded plastics. Even non-running units can retain positive parts value, which can also contribute to the overall donation value.
